Inizio Evoke strengthens creative leadership. Inizio Evoke, a UK-based global pharma commercialisation partner, has bolstered its creative team with two key appointments sharing the role of executive creative director. Tristen George previously served as SVP, group creative director, and partner at AbelsonTaylor Group, where she led client businesses and played a pivotal role in launching Nutrient, a new agency within the network. Kevin Kaniuga brings over 20 years of experience in guiding integrated US and global brand launches across both HCP and consumer audiences.

Beghou Consulting hires new CEO, AI expert. Beghou Consulting, an Evanston, Illinois-based consultancy firm supporting life sciences commercialisation, has made two significant appointments. Adrienne Lovink, previously Beghou's chief services officer, will transition into the CEO role following the retirement of founder and CEO Beth Beghou, who will remain on the Board. Additionally, Pradeepta Mishra has been named VP of AI innovation. Mishra is a renowned inventor and author who has filed 17 patents (six granted) related to innovative AI methodologies and written 11 books on the topic.

Two more agencies make leadership hires. Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness UK, a full-service creative agency in the health and wellness space, has tapped Kathryn Stewart as head of strategy. She previously held that role at Hive Health (now Avalere Health) for more than five years. And AXON, a global health communications company and subsidiary of Montreal-based Avenir Global, announced the appointment of Tina Hahn as president and managing partner. Hahn, who has been a VP at AXON since 2012, steps in for Ralph Sutton as he moves into a new role at AXON's parent company.

New CTIO at Precision Medicine Group. Eric Hodgins has joined Precision Medicine Group as chief information and technology officer. Hodgins most recently served as SVP at IQVIA, where he was responsible for developing technology offerings that improved clinical trial efficiency, enhanced patient engagement, and ensured regulatory compliance. Precision Medicine Group is a Bethesda, Maryland company that offers a suite of integrated services including biomarker intelligence, lab services, a global CRO, market access consulting, and marketing.

Three new health investor hires. April was a big month for healthcare investors, as three firms named new directors.

Morgan Cheatham has joined Breyer Capital as partner and head of healthcare and life sciences. Cheatham, an AI researcher and medical student, comes from Bessemer Partners, where he was the youngest Board Director in the firm's history. Breyer Capital is a venture capital investor focused on catalysing high-impact entrepreneurs.

•Highlander Health, a firm advancing evidence generation and personalised healthcare via investing and public projects, has appointed Nicholaas Honig as executive director. Honig was formerly head of regulatory and senior counsel at Aetion and a senior analyst in Pfizer’s Strategy and Consulting group.

Dr Regina Hodits has been named managing director at Angelini Ventures, the venture capital arm of Rome's Angelini Industries. Hodits brings over two decades of experience in venture capital, company creation, and strategic exits across the biotech sector. Angelini Ventures is focused on accelerating disruptive innovations and trends in biotech and digital health.
