ASCO 2026: Three ADC approvals in five days, with Ken Keller and John Tsai

Oncology

Earlier this year, Daiichi Sankyo Global Head of Oncology Ken Keller told pharmaphorum about the company’s big year, with five oncology launches likely to happen. On the sidelines of ASCO, Keller and new Daiichi Sankyo Head of R&D John Tsai gave pharmaphorum’s Jonah Comstock an update on that ambitious plan.

Keller and Tsai talk about the data Daiichi Sankyo shared at the conference in both breast and lung cancers, the company’s ambition to address a larger and larger percentage of breast cancer indications, and how they are dealing with the pace of launches at the company.

Tsai also talks about his impressions after two months on the job and shares a little bit about the company’s incipient efforts around targeted protein degradation, and the three reflect on the increasing pace of oncology innovation evident at ASCO.

Tune in for the full conversation to hear from the leaders at one of the top shops in antibody-drug conjugates.
