Changing Faces: Agency, consultancy, and investor hires, June and July 2026
Agencies, consultancies, investment groups, and wider services firms saw significant talent movement across June and July, with a range of companies all strengthening their leadership ranks.
The appointments reflected an emphasis on healthcare policy expertise, commercial strategy, market access, investment experience, and scientific leadership.
Lexington adds NHS expertise to health practice. UK communications and public affairs agency Lexington strengthened its health offering with two senior appointments. Alice Inch joined as director from NHS Alliance, where she had served as senior policy advisor for innovation and life sciences. The agency also brought in Chris Hopson as senior advisor. Hopson arrived after a high-profile career within the NHS, most recently serving as chief strategy officer and executive board member at NHS England, where he was responsible for strategy, policy, and communications.
EVERSANA expands leadership team across strategy, access, and integration. EVERSANA, the global network of pharma services agencies and pharmaphorum’s parent company, announced several senior appointments as it continues to build out its capabilities.
- Ross Quinn joined as EVP, platform integration and enablement. His background includes six years as president of IPG Health Access at IPG Health.
- Michael Lebrocq was appointed head of global strategy, joining from SOLVE(D), IPG Health’s specialist data-driven marketing business.
- Jen Norton took on the role of president, market access and value. She arrived from Takeda, where she served as senior vice president and head of US patient and market access, having previously held senior market access positions at both Amgen and Biogen.
- Completing the group, Corinne Farrell returned to EVERSANA as senior vice president of strategic planning.
The Bloc appoints European creative leader. Health-focused communications agency The Bloc named Jon Chapman as European executive creative director. Chapman brings extensive creative leadership experience to the London-based agency, having held senior roles at Havas Lynx, BBDO, and BBH, alongside a reputation as a multi-award-winning creative.
Jeito Capital strengthens investment team. Paris-based biopharma investor Jeito Capital added two healthcare investment specialists to its ranks. Magdalena Jonikas joined as partner, bringing 15 years of international biopharma experience spanning strategy, investing, and company operations. She arrived from Syncona, where she also held the position of partner. The firm also appointed Anastasia Sybirna as principal. Sybirna comes with seven years of experience across biopharma investing and strategy consulting and joined from F-Prime Capital, where she served as senior associate.
Sofinnova Partners adds healthcare veteran. European life sciences venture capital firm Sofinnova Partners appointed David Evans as partner. Evans arrives with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, most recently from Roche Venture Fund, with expertise spanning frontline medical practice, healthcare economics and policy, drug development, and venture investing.
Four consultancies bring in life sciences expertise. A range of other specialist pharma consultants announced major hires.
- Professional services firm Aon selected Mike Pasterick as health solutions leader for North America. Pasterick boasts more than two decades of industry experience, including over 13 years with Aon, most recently serving as the firm's northeast region health leader.
- Envision Pharma Group named Jennifer Lospinoso president of Riparian. Lospinoso joined the technology-enabled life sciences consultancy with two decades of experience across government and commercial programme operations, strategy, and compliance.
- Global consultancy Simon-Kucher appointed Falko Graf-Meisner as partner. Graf-Meisner began his career with the consultancy before moving to LEO Pharma as a sales force excellence manager. He later returned to Simon-Kucher and spent 11 years advising life sciences companies on commercial strategy and transformation.
- Life sciences executive search firm The RSA Group elevated Andy Theodorou to partner. Theodorou originally joined the company in 2015 as a senior consultant and has more than 25 years of executive search experience, combined with a strong scientific background and deep knowledge of biotechnology leadership recruitment.
Foley Hoag adds healthcare regulatory expert. International law firm Foley Hoag appointed Lauren Carboni as partner. Carboni will advise healthcare providers, hospitals, physician groups, and behavioural health organisations on complex regulatory compliance matters, fraud and abuse issues, and government enforcement actions, according to the firm.
HCP engagement outfit hires optichannel engagement director. PharmaForceIQ, a healthcare professional engagement platform for pharmaceutical marketers, recruited Nkiru Enendu as director of optichannel engagement. Enendu’s experience runs the gamut from digital strategy to product marketing and consulting roles at Biogen, Apellis, ZS Associates, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Bayer.
