Changing Faces: Agency, consultancy, and investor hires, April & May 2026
The agency, consultancy, and investor segments saw a wave of senior-level appointments across April and May, as organisations invested in technology leadership, strategic advisory, and specialist communications expertise.
From global consultancy groups to boutique investors and health policy agencies, the latest hires reflect a clear emphasis on digital transformation, commercial strategy, and talent development.
Envision Pharma Group strengthens leadership across technology, communications, and IT. Envision Pharma Group made a series of high-profile appointments as it continues to position itself as a global, technology-enabled solutions partner to the life sciences industry.
- Darren Coleman joined as EVP and chief information officer, bringing experience from Syneos Health and AI One, where he oversaw enterprise IT strategy and AI-driven digital transformation initiatives.
- The company named Nick Jones as president of Envision Medical Communications. He arrived from ConcertAI, where he had served as SVP and GM of commercial solutions, leading teams delivering AI-driven software, consulting services, and data products for pharmaceutical commercialisation.
- Rounding out the trio, Jay Ferro was appointed president of technology and chief product officer. He joined from Clario, where he led platform modernisation and operational transformation efforts that helped prepare the company for its acquisition in October 2025.
Jeito Capital expands investment and talent leadership. Paris-based private equity fund Jeito Capital, which focuses on biopharma investments, added senior expertise across business development and talent. Elaine Caughey joined as partner, business development and investor relations, having previously served as deputy COO at Blackstone Life Sciences. Her earlier experience includes CBO roles at Kymera Therapeutics and Cygnal Therapeutics. Alongside her, Sarah Shackelton was appointed partner, talent, bringing experience as chief talent officer at Oxford Science Enterprises.
Three more agency hires. In the agency space, firms focused on health policy and communications added senior leadership to support expanding global remits.
- OVID Health appointed Davide Scalenghe as head of global strategy and partnerships. He brings experience from Edelman, where he served as head of global public health and built and led its global public health practice. The UK-based consultancy advises organisations operating across healthcare, life sciences, and public policy.
- Meanwhile, Zeno named Cendrine Seror as head of health, Europe. Building on her success as managing director of Zeno France, Seror now takes on a broader European remit while continuing to lead the Paris-based office of the global integrated communications agency.
- Langland, a London-based marketing and commercial agency and subsidiary of Publicis Health, appointed Victoria Kent as managing partner, medical strategy and education. She brings more than 15 years of experience in medical communications, joining from Syneos Health Medical Communications Europe, where she had most recently led the London agency and served as UK medical communications lead.
Outcome Capital adds senior investment banking expertise. Outcome Capital strengthened its leadership with the appointment of Jaison Ellis as managing director. Based in Boston, the specialised advisory and investment banking firm focuses on healthcare and life sciences. Ellis brings extensive experience in investment banking and capital markets, having originated and executed more than $150 billion in M&A and capital raising transactions across biopharmaceuticals, pharma services, and related sectors.
Enhanced Compliance Inc appoints strategic growth leader. Enhanced Compliance Inc, a global life sciences partner delivering integrated quality, regulatory, and compliance expertise alongside engineering execution and laboratory testing, named Khalid Raja as SVP, strategic growth and advisory. Raja joins from Johnson & Johnson, where he served as global VP of quality and compliance for robotics and digital surgery, leading strategy for advanced technology platforms.
