EVERSANA Names Monica Avram Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer to Advance Governance, Compliance, and Enterprise Growth
EVERSANA, a leading provider of commercialisation services to the global life sciences industry, has named Monica Avram as executive vice president and chief legal officer, a strategic addition as the company scales operations and reinvents commercialisation services.
As chief legal officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Avram leads the company’s global Legal and Compliance function. Her strategic leadership integrates governance, risk, and operational execution to enable innovation, strengthen enterprise performance, and drive long-term value.
With more than two decades of experience at top law firms and across global Fortune 100 companies - including UnitedHealth Group and Sanofi - Avram brings deep expertise at the intersection of healthcare, law, and emerging technologies. She has built high-performing, financially disciplined legal teams, advised executive leadership and boards on enterprise strategy, and guided organisations through complex regulatory and operational environments.

She brings seasoned board and advisory experience across public companies and non-profit organisations, with deep expertise in governance, oversight, and strategic leadership. Avram holds a BA in Biology from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
