ICR acquires Continuum Health to expand its healthcare practice

New York-based strategic communications and advisory firm ICR has picked up boutique healthcare PR firm Continuum Health Communications to expand its healthcare practice.

The deal sees Continuum’s founder and CEO Terri Clevenger join ICR as a managing director, bringing with her more than 30 years of healthcare comms experience.

Clevenger and her team will operate as fully-integrated members of the ICR Healthcare Practice under the Continuum Health – An ICR Company brand.

Established in 2006, Continuum Health is based in West Westport, Connecticut and specialises in PR, advocacy relations and programming, corporate communications, core positioning and messaging, product launches and patient education.
