The Market Access Launch Pad seeks to equip our clients with the information and insights to systematically prepare for a successful launch, gaining deep knowledge into local system readiness.

What has made this problem challenging to address in the past?

Whilst launching a product into the NHS is complex, it is the present that is posing the greatest challenge. Due to the uncertainties that lay ahead for the NHS, our life sciences clients face considerable challenges in gaining the clarity needed to navigate this variability around their product launch.

2. Project Tracker:

  • Purpose: Maps out key stages of the product launch, detailing what information is needed at each stage.
  • Content: Includes timelines, key dates, events, project categories, ownership, and completion status.
  • Application: Offers a clear and organised view of the launch process, ensuring all critical tasks are tracked and managed effectively. It helps teams stay aligned and focused on their objectives, providing a transparent overview of progress and upcoming milestones.

3. Account Readiness Heatmap:

  • Purpose: Assesses the readiness of individual accounts using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Content: Combines data from various sources, public, IQVIA proprietary, and data internal to the manufacturer, to create a comprehensive view of account readiness.
  • Application: Provides a heatmap to identify hotspots and areas needing support, allowing for targeted account planning. The tool includes the ability to weight different parts of the score, enabling clients to prioritise specific variables and adjust their strategies accordingly. It is designed to be dynamic and updatable, reflecting new insights and data as they become available.
