FCB Health recruits Ross Quinn for new customer solutions role
Ross Quinn has joined the FCB Health Network to take up the newly-created role of director of customer solutions.
He arrives at the New York-based healthcare communications network from Epsilon, where he managed integrated marketing for its healthcare clients and delivered integrated planning, cross-channel creative, data, technology and analytic services.
Prior to that Quinn (pictured left) was a managing partner at Concentric Health Experience with responsibility for multichannel strategy, while also launching the agency’s first analytics group.
FCB Health Network president and CEO Dana Maiman said: “With his numerous unique and disparate multichannel experiences both in and outside of healthcare, Ross is uniquely qualified to help aggregate and customise our various innovative offerings.
“Ross will be charged with crafting integrated solutions efficiently and effectively for our clients, their brands and their patients.”
Meanwhile, FCB’s Area 23 agency has appointed Julie Pilon (pictured right) as executive director of strategic planning.
In her new role Pilon will lead the agency’s integrated strategic planning, engagement and medical strategy and brings over 25 years of both client and agency-side healthcare experience.
She started her career in both sales and marketing roles at Bayer and prior to joining Area 23 served as chief strategy officer at Publicis Health + Sapient.
Michael Guarino, FCB Health Network chief commercial officer, said: “Julie has a proven track record of helping clients think differently and execute successful strategies that position their brands ahead of their competitors.
“We are looking forward to seeing her apply her proven industry experience to Area 23 as they continue to grow as a leader in strategic planning, engagement and medical strategy for our clients.”
