The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many changes to the pharmaceutical industry, among them how companies can continue to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other stakeholders.

Digital channels are vital for the pharma industry. The coronavirus emergency has created a pivot point to the next normal as the life sciences continues to accelerate its move to digital and virtual engagement.

At this time of rapid change companies need to accelerate the evolution of their engagement efforts by improving their ‘digital IQ’, which is the ability to deliver a personalised customer experience based on the right virtual channel mix, field force soft skills, and data & content powered interactions.
