Economist Impact’s Future of Health Europe summit

On Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th October, Economist Impact is bringing its Future of Health Europe summit to the Royal College of Physicians in London.

With healthcare leaders in the EU under increasing pressure from tightening budgets, climate change’s impact on human health, sustainability targets, and a backlog of care – COVID-19 having brought to the fore infrastructure issues within healthcare systems and the shocking prevalence of health inequities – so it is that remote technologies have been turned to, hoping to circumvent challenges and optimise delivery of treatment and care.

This two-day summit therefore seeks to provide insights and strategies to further embrace opportunities in the future of health, with a range of speakers lined up to share expertise on digital health, economics, sustainability, and – importantly – inclusivity.

Joining delegates – including policymakers and healthcare regulatory bodies, pharma and biotech representatives, medical practitioners and HCPs, healthcare consultancies and academics, and also patient advocacy groups – pharmaphorum will be on site live blogging both days, so be sure to keep an eye out for Day One and Day Two coverage here.
