Jane Williams[Moderator] Jane Williams, MD, MPH, MBA, is Vice President, Head of Neuroscience, Rare Disease and Paediatrics at Syneos Health. She is a dynamic leader, widely known for her transformative impact and commitment to excellence. With decades of experience in clinical, academic, and healthcare management, she advocates passionately for health equity, drives diverse representation in clinical trials, and champions underserved populations. Acting as an executive advisor to the Syneos Health Asian Employee Resource Group, her drive for gender equity and professional development fosters a more inclusive healthcare environment. Williams earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, her Doctor of Medicine at Albany Medical College of Union University, and a Master’s degree in public health from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Batisha AnsonBatisha Anson is the Global Head of Patient Diversity and Health Equity at Syneos Health, where she leads the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy to foster equitable access to therapies and innovative science. Anson manages specialised teams, including Clinical Trial Diversity, Advocacy and Patient Affairs, and Clinical Patient Engagement Solutions, encompassing Patient Recruitment and Retention Management, as well as StudyKIK. Together, these teams work to enhance patient representation and engagement across the clinical-to-commercial continuum. Her role involves close collaboration across Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Commercial functions to embed best practices throughout Syneos Health and customer processes, technology, and metrics. Known for her innovative approaches to patient education and engagement, Anson has received numerous professional accolades, including recognition as a PM360 ELITE Strategist.

Stephen HoelperStephen Hoelper, MS, MBA, is an innovative healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in developing intuitive products and solutions that leverage healthcare data to drive transformation. As SVP of the Commercial Product Group at Syneos Health, Hoelper leads the development of digital products and services across deployment solutions, learning solutions, medical affairs, communications, real-world evidence (RWE), and consulting—focusing on improving healthcare delivery and advancing value-based care. Hoelper is deeply passionate about advancing healthcare through technology-enabled solutions and is always eager to connect with like-minded professionals to pioneer innovations in healthcare delivery.
