Receiving a request for thousands of mobile phones during the early days of the business shaped the operational course of direction for Inventus. It was an order that begged the question, ‘Who could possibly want so many mobile phones?’

But the answer revealed a pain point at the heart of clinical trials: the reliance on consumer mobiles and technology devices and the impact this has on patients taking part.
