Boehringer’s Medicine Excellence initiative harnesses technology with the aim to build a ‘One Medicine Platform’, unifying development processes and data in a centralised platform. And this is where Veeva’s technology comes in: helping to make that vision a reality.

A while back, pharmaphorum web editor Nicole Raleigh spoke with Daniel Schwenk, senior principal clinical data manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, and Andrea Kloeble, Product Owner, Boehringer Ingelheim, together with Richard Young, VP of clinical data strategy at Veeva Systems to discuss the partnership.

Onsite at the Boehringer Ingelheim R&D centre in Biberach, Germany, the conversation also circled around Boehringer’s One Medicine Project, originally announced in March 2022, but the central focus was around the use of data for the reimagining of drug development.
