UK comms agency Fishawack Health restructures creative team

Fishawack Health has announced a restructuring of its creative team to expand client support across global markets.

The Fishawack creative team is led by Lacey Jae Christman and Damien Parsonage and includes 12 creative directors with a breadth of experience. It includes talent from award-winning agencies — Carling Communications, rare-disease specialty agency Dudnyk, 2e Creative, Blue Latitude Health, Healthcircle, as well as new acquisitions StoneArch and the Hive Health Group.

“We have brought together brilliant minds into one team rather than separate teams operating in cities where they are located,” said Lacey Jae Christman. “This means our creatives are able to work with global counterparts rather than in silo, so we can pool our skills and deliver fantastic work for clients.”

“Lacey and I have a really close working relationship,” added Damien Parsonage. “Very often in European agencies, you are localising work which originated in the US, but by fostering a close relationship with our creative colleagues, we can bring that global perspective and create more culturally rounded campaigns which work harder for clients.”

Fishawack Creative sits within the company’s commercial business unit offering strategic expertise, insight, and planning, as well as high-quality client handling.
