At Veeva Commercial Summit 2025 in Madrid, pharmaphorum spoke with Alexander Ulrich, Global Head of System Integration & Data Ownership at Boehringer Ingelheim, about its shift to standardising customer data across more than 100 countries with Veeva OpenData and Veeva Network.

Ulrich discusses how harmonising data supports Boehringer’s Vault CRM migration and how the company is now in a position to deliver a 360 degree view of HCPs, as well as insights from this year’s Summit more broadly.
