Tim Luxford is chief commercial officer at Inizio Ignite, STEM and Research Partnership, and has been with the company for 10 years. He has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation, both in Europe and globally, through various leadership positions, including project director, country manager, head of international operations, Europe regional leader, and most recently, president of Europe and emerging markets. Prior to working at STEM, Luxford held numerous sales and marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry, covering multiple therapy areas, including oncology, immunology, and virology.
Chloe Stockwell-Clark, vice president of product, Inizio Ignite, STEM
Chloe Stockwell-Clark leads the vision, development, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities that enhance the value STEM provides to global biopharma partners. Since joining STEM, Stockwell-Clark has focused on transforming the organisation's market-leading insights framework into an intelligent, data-driven ecosystem that accelerates performance and commercial impact. Stockwell-Clark began her career as a cell-biology specialist, but followed a path in product development within med-tech and health-tech industries.
