Former Four Health Communications practice director Jessica Pacey has set up 67health, a new London-based healthcare agency.

As its founder and CEO, she promises the medical communications agency will offer rapid, high-quality, creative campaigns with director-led support from concept to conclusion.

Pacey said: “In shaping 67health’s offering, I reflected on the frustrations clients would share with me regarding the agencies they had worked with in the past. Top among them was a lack of day-to-day contact with the directors on their accounts and the resultant sporadic senior counsel they received.

“I wanted to create an agency that makes a bold promise and one that I know we can keep.”

The new agency will focus on community engagement, disease awareness, media relations, medical education and brand communications.

Prior to founding 67health Pacey was a practice director at Four Health Communications, before which she served at Packer Forbes Communication as an account director.

Alma Rubio, head of patient engagement at Roche Pharmaceuticals, said: “I have known Jessica for several years and among her many talents, Jessica is an advocacy expert. I have seen first-hand how she works carefully and sensitively with patient communities to ensure healthy, long- term and harmonious relationships with industry partners.

“This is a rare skill to find in an agency and Jessica is one of the few communications professionals that I would recommend to my colleagues without hesitation. I know her clients will be delighted with the results that Jessica and her new agency 67health will deliver.”
