Intouch and Healthware form joint venture in life science comms
Integrated marketing agency Intouch Solutions and Healthware International are to form a global life sciences communications joint venture.
The agreement will create a standalone and fully integrated life sciences service, entitled Intouch Solutions International, offering clients full access to all resources offered by both parent companies.
Combining US experience from Intouch and European expertise from Healthware, the venture provides global reach to its clients.
Together the two businesses comprise 800 worldwide employees and eight offices.
Services include creative, brand and multi-channel marketing strategies; enterprise marketing and technology; and digital transformation and business solution development.
Intouch Solutions CEO Faruk Capan said: “This is not ‘network as usual’. The alliance helps clients bring US and global communications strategies together the right way.”
Roberto Ascione, CEO of Healthware International, added: “Healthware and Intouch hold a similar digital-centric heritage and a shared vision for the future, with a history of pushing the leading edge in life science communications and digital transformation.”
Intouch Solutions International will be based in London and headed by Ariel Salmang, managing director of Intouch Solutions’ London operation.
