Streaming Well appoints senior creative duo

Streaming Well has expanded its senior creative team, adding Steve Skinner (pictured above right) as creative director and Freddie Slaughter (above left) as senior producer and account manager.

They both bring a solid background in television and film and will be based at the London base of the healthcare video agency, which is headed up by CEO Francis Namouk and senior producer Genevieve Robson.

Namouk said: “I’m delighted to on-board both these outstanding talents who bring their wealth of creative and TV experience to the team.

“Together, our mission is to raise the bar on what HCP and patient engagement looks like for the healthcare industry through powerful storytelling and interactive experiences.”

Skinner is an award-winning writer and director of TV commercials, TV promos and short form videos. He started his career as a researcher for a variety of Channel 4 programmes, before becoming a music video director.

Over the last 19 years he has written and directed for many global entertainment brands, including SKY, NBC Universal and Disney.

He said: “It was Francis and Genevieve’s desire to raise the bar in pharma film-making that convinced me to join the company. Since I started we’ve been incredibly busy, but we’re setting new standards, making some great work that I’m very proud of.”

Meanwhile Slaughter has been in and around the TV industry for seven years now, from long form sports content to advertising content across digital, cinema and television, during which time he’s managed accounts for the likes of Warner Bros, Pokémon, HSBC and Bayer.

He said: “There are some amazing videos being produced across the industry, but I think Steve and I will be able to bring something really unique and creatively stimulating to the table that people won’t have seen before.

“We want to push boundaries and show what is possible within the space, and Streaming Well is the perfect company to cultivate that.”

Now 10 years old, Streaming Well provides end-to-end video services for pharmaceutical and life-science companies and, in addition to its London headquarters, has offices in Los Angeles and Salerno, Italy.
