Changing Faces: Agency, consultancy, and investor hires for August 2024

EVERSANA expands leadership team. EVERSANA, a global network of full-service pharma services agencies (and, as we must always note, pharmaphorum’s parent company) announced a series of appointments across its divisions:

• Mary Manna Anderson joined as head of MedComm at EVERSANA INTOUCH MedComm.
• Lauren Naima took on the role of managing director and executive creative director at EVERSANA INTOUCH Seven.
• Kathleen Ferry was appointed EVP of network growth at EVERSANA INTOUCH.
• Tim Fisher became SVP strategic planning at EVERSANA INTOUCH Proto.
• Kevin Coleman joined as SVP strategic accounts at EVERSANA INTOUCH.
• Matt Damron was named SVP, media strategic development at EVERSANA INTOUCH.
• Dr Aarti Uzgare, Dr Navin Chohan, and Dr Vanitha Sankaran all joined as vice presidents, medical at EVERSANA INTOUCH.

New consultant brings deep pharma background. Trinity Life Sciences, a Massachusetts-based life sciences consultancy focused on data-driven insights, appointed Nancy Phelan as SVP and head of customer engagement. Phelan's 25-year career in customer engagement includes stints at Novartis, Adhera Therapeutics, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Pfizer.

BMS vet joins investment firm. Outcome Capital, a Boston-based specialised advisory and investment banking firm focused on healthcare and life sciences, named Charles Simmons as managing director. Simmons previously served as chief growth officer at Corium, Inc., a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, and spent nearly a decade in corporate development at Bristol Myers Squibb.

G&L taps new hire to lead growth. G&L Healthcare Advisors, a Madison, New Jersey consultancy specialising in regulatory and commercial strategy, welcomed Kevin Webb as chief growth officer. Webb brings extensive experience from senior roles at Pfizer and Wyeth, most recently serving as chief operating officer at Pharmalink.
