Healthware Group appoints Giovanni Loria as chief financial officer
Giovanni Loria has joined global digital health innovation organisation Healthware Group as its new chief financial officer.
He will be responsible for the overall financial management and will play a pivotal role in driving long-term business and strategic growth, supporting the company in its future evolution.
Loria said: “I am delighted to join the Healthware family at this unique time of reinvention for the healthcare industry. He brings over 25 years’ international experience as CFO and COO for software and tech companies like Cisco Systems, Dell Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent, Computer Science Corporation, and as strategic advisor to digital start-ups, working from the US, France, Switzerland and the UK.
In his new role Loria will be a senior member of Healthware’s executive team, based in its London’s offices, and reporting directly to the CEO Roberto Ascione.

Earlier this year Healthware appointed Yannick Valenti as digital strategy and customer engagement director out of its UK office and the organisation also acquired UK-based creative motion lab and consultancy SWM
