Digital natives: are pharma companies ready?

Digital natives

As evolving technologies and societal changes drive the use of digital channels and media, health and life sciences companies face the challenging task of engaging ‘digitally native’ healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders.

These ‘customers’ have an inherent understanding of technology and expect companies to adopt new ways of interacting. However, while life science companies have been quick to invest in digital communications, leveraging the full potential of evolving technologies requires companies to make a conscious commitment to the customer experience in an increasingly digital world.

In this evolving landscape, companies must be proactive, favouring active digital enlightenment over passive digital adoption, to accelerate lasting change that supports customer engagement and the broader healthcare landscape.

Join us on Friday 10th March at 9:30 ET/14:30 GMT/15:30 CET for a roundtable discussion as panellists from Healthware Group, EVERSANA INTOUCH and Grünenthal Group explore what it takes to thrive as a digitally enlightened company, including challenging existing business ethos, and identifying and deploying digital approaches to deliver content that engages customers effectively and drives value.

The webinar will also cover:

  • How a customer-centric strategy can help cut through the noise of digital communication
  • Applying technology on customers’ terms to add value to the user experience
  • Creating a foundation of modular content blocks to deliver agile communications materials

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to maximise the potential of digital healthcare communication and key insights to help professionals move beyond the digital native myth towards true digital enlightenment.
