Ashfield Meetings & Events expands into custom-built Indianapolis office.
Following a period of sustained growth fuelled by a string of healthcare client wins and expansion of services, Ashfield Meetings & Events is thrilled to announce that it is now fully operational in its new office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The new space, a custom-built suite in the same building as previously, has a much larger footprint with room for growth. The office has been custom-branded and outfitted for the prospering agency to deliver their full service meeting planning solutions.
The office move commenced with an opening celebration on 2 December to welcome employees to their new home.
Gavin Houston (CEO Americas) commented: “New business wins, primarily in strategic meeting management programmes and dedicated client account teams, have driven sustainable growth across our US operations in 2016. We moved our Pennsylvania office into larger premises at the start of the year and have been meticulously planning the Indianapolis move since. The space is 60% larger than our previous office and has been converted and designed to our specification to support the delivery of a broader range of creative, production and exhibition services. We have a hugely talented team in Indianapolis and I was delighted to welcome them to their new home. It is an environment that will allow them to develop as individuals and feel proud to welcome their clients.”
Nicola Burns (Global Managing Director) added: “We have made a considerable investment in our offices in recent years to ensure consistency across our international locations. We have done this to drive our values and align our culture. Each office now includes purpose-built creative spaces for staff to begin to visualise projects and explore innovative solutions for our clients. It has created a real buzz in the Indianapolis office which is exactly what we wanted. We want all our employees to be inspired, be motivated and for work to feel like fun.”
The Indianapolis office is one of three US Ashfield Meetings & Events offices. The others are located in Ivyland, Pennsylvania and San Bruno, California, in addition to remote workforces in other key client locations.
