PA: (looking doubtful) “I will see what I can do.“

PA: “Ok guys, we have a new doctor here this week filling in for Dr. Corbett. Dr. Hunter only has time to see one of you. “You look like you are ready, come on back”

DR: “I only have time to see one. Also, I noticed this morning you are low on several samples. Can you make sure whoever I see also drops samples today?”

PA: (looking doubtful) “I will see what I can do.“

Rep1: (replying confidently) “Yes. Of course! I have some important new product information to share with him. (busily tapping and scrolling on his tablet as he talks- not finding what he needs,) But, I am going to have to come back – he’s not in my system, so I can’t call on him today.

PA: (Rolls his eyes because Rep doesn’t know anything about Dr. Hunter, including that she is a woman, turns the Rep around and heads him back to the waiting room) “Fine- come back in a couple of days. But she needs some samples today”

PA: (looking at the other two reps in the waiting room) “Are either of you prepared to see Dr. Raff today?”

Special Rep: (seen typing Dr. Raff’s name on his iPad to find her in his database. He finds Dr. Raff and says) “Sure I am. (walking towards the PA) I really appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself to her.”

PA: (smiling, takes Special Rep back to the office with a look of confidence)
