performance-io adds Jason McKenna as a non-executive director
UK-based performance-io has added to its senior team through two promotions and the appointment of STEM Healthcare CEO Jason McKenna as a non-executive director.
He will oversee the online performance marketing and digital benchmarking agency’s growth in the US joins Rob Wood and Barrie Brien on performance-io’s non-executive board.
McKenna has been with STEM since 2010, founding it in the US and Brazil before taking over the CEO role from co-founder Rob Wood in 2018. Prior to that he held senior roles at AstraZeneca.
He said: “As we watch the pharma marketing landscape change dynamically, benchmarking digital performance to engage more of your audiences online is paramount in being fit for purpose in this day and age.
“performance-io has the largest database on online performance in pharma, so I am excited to help them grow in the US market where pharma clients are in need of solutions like this, to help them engage more of their customers online.”
The agency has also promoted Amy de la Force and Siobhán Swainston (pictured left) to associate directors and they now join Ross Taylor on performance-io’s UK leadership team.
Prior to her current role, de la Force was head of content and creative at a WPP AUNZ agency (now AKQA) and Swainston previously held roles at Havas and Ayima.
