Neil Flash joins med comms group Lucid as chief commercial officer

Lucid Group has appointed Neil Flash to the newly-created role of chief commercial officer.

He will also serve on the medical communications company’s executive committee and comes to Lucid from dna Communications, where he was EMEA managing director.

Lucid’s CEO Dennis O’Brien said: “Neil is an exceptional communications professional and a talent we have admired for some time. His balance of commercial strategy, business and people focus make him a perfect fit for Lucid as he leads a core part of our business.”

Flash has over 20 years’ healthcare communications experience and, prior to joining dna, he had stints at Huntsworth Health, Virgo and Cohn & Wolfe of over five years at each of the healthcare communications agencies.

He has also been part of numerous award-winning teams, including those which have won trophies from Communiqué, Holmes Report, PR Week and the PM Society.
